 You all have heard about jalebi and different types of tasty milk but have you heard about doodh jalebi which is the combination of doodh and jalebi together. These dish has various ways to eat and serve but when this dish enter in your mouth it makes your mind satisfactory.

Ingredients:-


  • Milk
  • Saffron 
  • 3 cup all purpose flour 
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom 
  • Ghee
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • Food color
  • Rose essence
  • Water 
  • 1 Curd
  • ½ cup cornflour
  • Dry fruits(whatever you want)

Procedure:-

  • In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, baking soda, some amount of  ghee, safron and orange food color
  • Add some amount of curd and water in it, mix all of this well until it get a thickened and a slime texture
  • Keep it aside for a night or for 7-8 hours
  • To prepare sugar syrup, add water and add sugar in it. Be carefull the ratio of water and sugar should be 1:4
  • Put 10 cup ghee in a kadhai and put it on medium flame
  • Take a muslin cloth and put jalebi batter to it. Make an hole on the center of the cloth
  • When the ghee gona hot, in the ghee try to make circles on the circles or you can see in the picture given below
  • Fry it deep in the ghee until its colour turns into saffron color
  • Take it out from the ghee and put it in the sugar syrup 
  • Now your jalebi is ready
  • Now put milk to boil on the stove add saffron and dryfruits, boil it well until a layer of fat appear on it (this will make your milk so tasty)
  • Now your Doodh Jalebi is ready
  • You should eat this together by dipping jalebi in doodh like a biscuit and allow him to absorb the milk by putting it in the milk for sometime
